Upgrade Capital

Upgrade Capital was founded by a former JPMorgan derivatives trader with the goal of building a pool of trading talent marketable on the basis of demonstrated performance rather than background or renown. Since its founding in September 2011, the firm has worked to identify young professionals who have an exceptionally strong interest in markets. The inaugural three-month 'Upgrade Trade' Investment Competition to be held in Spring 2012 will provide an initial set of performance measures. Competition results will be made available to prospective recruiters as well as investors.
